CONSULTATIONS

Initial Video Consultation (In-Person, 45-60 min) | $85

 

Virtual Cinematography Consultation (45-60 min) | $75

​

Consultation fees are non-refundable and applied toward your project total upon contract execution.

HOURLY RATES

​

These rates apply to standalone services, time-based overages, and add-on work. A written estimate is provided before any hourly work begins.

Storyboarding & Pre-Production | $65/hr | Market range: $55-75/hr | 2-hour minimum

 

Scriptwriting & Copywriting | $75/hr | Market range: $65-85/hr | 1-hour minimum Post-

 

Production & Editing | $87/hr | Market range: $75-100/hr | 2-hour minimum On-Set

 

Production (Hourly Overage) | $112/hr | Market range: $100-125/hr | 1-hr increments*

 

*On-Set Overage applies to time beyond the agreed shoot window. Must be authorized on set before overtime begins. Not available as a standalone booking.

 

REVISION OVERAGES (beyond package-included rounds) Additional revision rounds: $87/hr All revision requests must be submitted in writing. One revision round = one consolidated set of written feedback per round.

DAY RATES

​

Ideal for event coverage, standalone shoots, or clients building their own package. One (1) revision round included with each day rate booking.

 

Additional revisions: $87/hr.

Half-Day Production Shoot | $500 | approx. 4-5 hours

 

Full-Day Production Shoot | $700 | approx. 8-10 hours

 

Full-Day Shoot + Basic Edit Package | $1,000 | 8-10 hrs shoot + edit

 

Live Event Streaming | $300 | approx. 2-4 hours

GENERAL TERMS

 

Payment Structure Hourly services: Written estimate before work begins; invoiced upon completion.

Standard Travel Travel beyond 30 miles from Colorado Springs is billed at the current IRS standard mileage rate.

• Physical delivery media (USB, SD card, or external drive): starting at $50 + shipping
