  • On-Set Production (Hourly Overage)

    Applied when a shoot day runs beyond its scheduled window. Billed in 1-hour increments after the agreed end time. Must be authorized on set before overtime begins. Not a standalone booking - applied to existing shoot day agreements only.

    • $100-$125/hr range - confirmed with client on set

  • Storyboarding & Pre-Production (Hourly)

    Billed per hour for shot list development, storyboarding, location scouting coordination, and pre-production planning. Ideal as a standalone service before a larger production. Minimum 2-hour booking. You'll always receive a written estimate before work begins - no surprise invoices, ever.

    • Shot lists, storyboards, location coordination
    • $55-$75/hr range - rate confirmed at booking
    • Minimum 2-hour booking
    • Deliverables formatted to production-ready documents

All packages require a 40% deposit before production begins. Travel outside the Colorado Springs / Pikes Peak region may incur additional fees. Music licensing, location permits, and specialty equipment are itemized separately. Additional revision rounds available at $85/hr. Veteran-owned business discounts available - ask us.
