WHO WE ARE

Outlaw Poet Digital Films (OPDF) is a full-pipeline video production company based in Colorado Springs, CO. We're a Disabled Veteran-owned business founded by Marshall "Northstar" Pampkin II - a U.S. Army Veteran and Full Sail University Digital Cinematography graduate.

We specialize in:

We handle every project from pre-production through final delivery. You don't need to coordinate multiple vendors - we're your single point of contact from concept to screen.

YOUR CONSULTATION

What to bring or have ready:

​

  • A general idea of the project you have in mind (even a rough idea is fine)

  • Your target audience and the primary goal of the video

  • Any reference videos, artists, or styles that inspire you

  • A rough sense of your budget and timeline

  • Your preferred delivery platform (YouTube, Instagram, website, etc.)

 

What to expect from us:

  • An honest assessment of what's achievable in your budget

  • A clear explanation of which service tier fits your goals

  • A written estimate (not a vague "it depends") before any work is confirmed

  • No pressure. We'd rather you take the right package than the most expensive one.

 

OUR SERVICE TIERS

 
PROJECT PACKAGES

 

"FIRST FRAME" - $1,800 Best if: You're a small business making your first professional video.

​

  • 1 polished business promo (60-90 seconds)

  • 2 social media reels (cut from the main deliverable)

  • 2 revision rounds included ($87/hr after that)

  • Turnaround: approx. 10 business days post-shoot

  • 40% deposit secures your start date

 

"MOMENTUM" - $4,000 Best if: Your brand is growing and you need a full content push.

​

  • 1 brand video (2-3 minutes)

  • 4 social media reels

  • 1 customer testimonial segment (up to 90 seconds)

  • 2 revision rounds included ($87/hr after that)

  • Turnaround: approx. 30 days post-shoot

 

"MUSIC & VISION" - $3,500 Best if: You're a musician or recording artist who needs a cinematic video.

​

  • 1 cinematic music video (full song length)

  • 2 social media cuts (30-60 sec highlight edits)

  • Behind-the-scenes photo set

  • 1 dedicated shoot day | 2 locations included

  • 2 revision rounds included ($87/hr after that)

 

***Location Add-On Policy: Two (2) locations are included in the base price per shoot day.

  • Additional local locations (within 20 miles of Colorado Springs): $200 each. Maximum 4 total locations per shoot day.

  • Distant locations (20+ miles from Colorado Springs): $200 add-on fee + IRS standard mileage rate (both ways) + travel time billed at $112/hr (30-min minimum each way).

  • All location add-ons must be confirmed in writing before shoot day.

 

"FULL STORY" - $8,000 Best if: Your brand is established and ready for a cinematic identity.

​

  • 1 brand story or mini-documentary (3-5 minutes)

  • 6 social media reels

  • Motion graphics package

  • 2 dedicated shoot days

  • 3 revision rounds included ($87/hr after that)

  • Turnaround: approx. 45-60 days post-shoot

 

DAY RATES

 

Ideal for event coverage, standalone shoots, or clients building their own package. 1 revision round included.

Half-Day Production Shoot:

  • $500

  • 4-5 hours

​

Full-Day Production Shoot:

​

  • $700

  • 8-10 hours

 

Full-Day Shoot + Basic Edit:

 

  • $1,000

  • 8-10 hrs + edit

Live Event Streaming:

 

  • $300

  • 2-4 hours

MONTHLY RETAINERS

 

Ongoing content partnerships. Best for businesses that need a steady, professional creative pipeline. 30 days written notice to cancel. No partial-month refunds.

 

Starter | $750/month | 2 social reels | 1 revision per reel

 

Standard | $1,250/month | 4 social videos | 1 revision per video

 

Premium | $2,150/month | 8 short-form videos | 1 revision per video

 

HOURLY SERVICES

Storyboarding & Pre-Production | $65/hr | 2-hour minimum

 

Scriptwriting & Copywriting | $75/hr | 1-hour minimum

 

Post-Production & Editing | $87/hr | 2-hour minimum

 

On-Set Production (Overage) | $112/hr | 1-hr increments

 

THE PROCESS

 
(AFTER YOU BOOK)
​

  1. Consultation - We meet (in-person or virtually). You share the vision; we ask the right questions.
     

  2. Written Estimate - You receive a detailed written estimate before anything is confirmed. No vague pricing.
     

  3. Contract & Deposit - Upon agreement, we execute the appropriate contract. A 40% non-refundable deposit secures your start date.
     

  4. Pre-Production - We plan the shoot: locations, shot list, schedule, crew, talent, and logistics.
     

  5. Production - We show up and make something worth watching.
     

  6. Post-Production - Editing, color grading, audio mix, and graphics. Your revision rounds happen here.
     

  7. Delivery - Final files delivered in your preferred format. Project is closed upon receipt of final payment.
     

PAYMENT TERMS
 

  • 40% non-refundable deposit secures your start date

  • 30% due at agreed production milestone

  • 30% due upon delivery of completed project

  • Retainers: 40% at start of each billing cycle, balance invoiced monthly

WHAT'S NOT INCLUDED IN PACKAGE PRICING

  • Music licensing fees

  • Location permits

  • Specialty equipment rentals

  • Physical delivery media (USB, SD card, external drive): starting at $50 + shipping
     

CANCELLATION POLICY

 
(BRIEF SUMMARY)
 

Day rate bookings: 14+ days notice for a full credit/refund minus $50 admin fee. 7-13 days: 50% of deposit forfeited. 3-6 days: full deposit forfeited. 48 hrs/no-show: deposit forfeited + 50% of remaining balance.
